• Items ordered from Gift Accents are shipped via the Canada Postal Service.

  $30.01 to $60.00, Shipping is $4.50
  $60.01 to $80.00, Shipping is $5.50
  $80.01 to $100.00, Shipping is $6.50
  Over $100.00, Shipping is 7% of Total.

Return Policy:

• If you are returning an item, you must notify us in advance, whether by phone or E-Mail.

• Return freight charge is your responsibility.

Postal Insurance Claims:

• Take your item back with original packing and box to your post office and file the claim.

• They will forward the claim to us for needed information.
• We will send you a check for any amount the insurance doesn’t cover. The insurance check is sent directly to you by the postal authorities.
