  Q: What is System Stability Monitoring?


    A: It's monitoring of your computer's performance, software and hardware behavior and security to prevent possible crashes. 
       Our software monitors crucial elements of your computer system and reports the problems.
       As soon we notice the problem you will be advised by email.  

 

  Q: What is System Stability Status Report?


    A: It is a report based on different factors checked on a regular basis. Based on this report you can take measures 
       to keep your computer in good working condition.

 

  Q: What is Error Logs Check?


    A: Your computer generates error logs to help administrators identify and resolve hardware and software problems. 
        Only trained technicians can identify problems analyzing those logs. We will do that on regular basis for you.

 

  Q: What is Windows Updates Check?


    A: We will check if your computer has all required Windows OS (critical) security patches.

 

  Q: What is Software & Hardware Inventory Reporting?


    A: Provides an up-to-date list of your computer's hardware and software configuration. 
       We can create alerts based on inventory data and be notified of: hardware changes, a newly installed applications, 
       or a specific application installed. So you will know if somebody "accidentally" installed software on your computer.

 

  Q: What is Emergency Remote Support?


    A: In the case of a computer problem you can be connected to one of our expert engineers, who can troubleshoot the problem remotely.

 

  Q: Can I stop the troubleshooting session?


    A: You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard and you can end your session at any time.

  Q: What after I subscribed?


    A: We will contact you to arrange initial computer assessment and provide with Service ID. 
        If your computer is protected with Windows User ID and password we will need it for unattended system health monitoring. 
        If you choose to not provide us with that information you can still invite us to your computer on scheduled appointment 
        but we can't get alerts if something goes wrong with computer.

 

  Q: I can't see confirmation email in my Inbox?


    A: You will receive almost instantly payment confirmation from PayPal. 
        Email from AkasVirtual will arrive in your Inbox later - when we process your subscription. Usually one to two hours after subscription. 
        As well please check your Junk, Spam or Bulk folder. If is there - put our email in address book.
